Ishmail & Associates offers a world-class, highly specialised and fully integrated approach to the treatment of addiction and mental health, designed to help families and individuals who are struggling with mental and behavioural health conditions.
Based in Mayfair, Central London, we are a team of professional healthcare experts led by our CEO and Executive Founding Director, Michael Ishmail MSc who, over the course of almost 20 years working as a therapist and then as both a psychotherapist, certified psychotherapeutic supervisor and clinical lead. Michael has built up a personal network of the very best mental health treatment support services all over the world. Our experience in treating clients with mental health and addiction issues, alongside our long-standing relationships and contacts, puts us in the best position to help you access the right care. We know how difficult it can be to find the right care to suit your needs, which is why we have made it our sole mission to be your source of guidance in facilitating the best treatment plan.
I am the Executive Founding Director of Ishmail & Associates.
I have worked in the healthcare industry for nigh on two decades, throughout which time I have gained thousands of invaluable contact hours in both individual and family treatment settings.
My long-standing career has put me in the best position to offer effective and real field experience-based behavioural and psychological solutions in the treatment and care of an extensive range of substance use disorders, behavioural disorders, and related traumas.
We have seen first-hand how high-quality care leads to the long-term recovery of many mental and behavioural disorders, and it is our aim to continue this work. Our personal access to such a wide range of healthcare professionals allows us to direct you or your loved one to the right care for a multitude of problems, including:
We pride ourselves on offering a discreet service that is accessible to all. Our private, in-home and in-community mental and behavioural health service is elite and discreet, and can be accessed in a number of locations, worldwide. We also offer at-home treatment, should this be a suitable option for you. An initial assessment is always carried out for anyone who reaches out to us, and we make it our mission to ensure the communication lines remain open throughout your journey to recovery.
We know that time is of the essence when it comes to effective treatment and this is why we are available any time, day or night.
We can provide immediate and effective care, facilitating an online assessment with an expert psychiatrist within 24 hours.
Take one of our online tests. We have tests for Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Burnout among others. They only take 5 minutes.
Some of the services we offer include, but are not limited to:
The team at Ishmail & Associates also continues to support many of the healthcare industry services to assess, monitor, audit and apply best practice procedures and policies. We care about the safe delivery of all the services we connect our clients to, and ensuring that they are delivered in an ethical, caring and effective way is a vital part of our work.
It can be a difficult decision to make; is at home mental health care right for me or should I opt for inpatient treatment? Everyone is different – that is a core belief at Ishmail & Associates – and you can rest assured you will not be required to make this decision by yourself.
As part of our service to you, you will receive an initial assessment. During this, we will talk to you about your needs and desires for your treatment, and come to a decision together about whether you would be better suited to at home or inpatient mental health care. There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to bettering your physical and mental wellbeing. So, while home is a place of comfort for many, offering a tranquil and ideal setting for healing and recovery, for many others it simply may not be an appropriate environment for treatment.
We have seen first-hand how high-quality care leads to the long-term recovery of many mental and behavioural disorders, and it is our aim to continue this work.
